ALVOR BOARDWALK

Alvor Walkway, Portimão – 6 km
Since 2016, this area of Portimão has gained an extensive path over the dunes, which does not damage them – quite the opposite. That's why it's worth taking advantage of it to interact closely with the region's biodiversity and enjoy the landscape, which ranges from beach, lagoon, canal area, and salt marsh. The route is long but without climbs or descents. Additionally, there are several rest areas as you progress along the walkway. From Praia dos Três Irmãos to the Ria de Alvor

Alvor Boardwalk is a wide range of wooden boardwalks built between the beach and the river banks in Alvor. It’s a great place to come for hiking or jogging.
